Every single bottle of our Ultra Growth Hair Oil is crafted in small batches and undergoes rigorous quality checks before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we promise to do everything in our power to make it right. Our return process is designed to be as clear, fair, and hassle-free as possible.
2. Return Eligibility
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, we have a clear return eligibility policy. Please review these guidelines carefully before initiating a return:
- Eligible for Return: We can accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Not Eligible for Return: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, unless they are defective. The following items are also considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund:
- Items purchased during a final sale event.
- Orders where a discount code of 30% or more was applied.
- ZAYTEL Gift Cards.
- Any item where a return is initiated more than 7 days after delivery.

Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return on unopened items.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you believe the product is defective, please contact us immediately.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery time indicated by your tracking number.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email our support team with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Once we verify the issue, we will happily ship you a full replacement or issue a full refund, at our discretion. You will not need to ship the damaged item back to us, and you will incur no additional costs.

It is essential to inspect your order upon arrival. Claims for damaged or defective items cannot be processed if they are reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
For eligible, unopened items, please follow our simple 4-step return process:

Email us with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Get Authorization
Wait for our team to authorize the return (within 2 business days).
Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.
Step 4: Receive Refund
Once we inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5-10 days.

- Step 2: Wait for Authorization. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Step 3: Ship the Item Back. Once authorized, carefully pack the item in its original box and ship it back to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- Step 4: Refund Processed. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
5. Refund Methods & Timeline
Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued as follows:
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are automatically credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue your refund in the form of a ZAYTEL store credit. Please specify this when you initiate your return.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
6. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wished to receive a different product, we recommend following the return process for your original, eligible item and then placing a new, separate order for the new product you would like. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in this scenario.
7. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. The only exception is if the return is due to a mistake on our part (i.e., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). For all other returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or must be paid by you. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
8. International Returns
For customers outside of Pakistan, please be aware of the following:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees that may be incurred.
- Refunds for international orders will be processed in PKR for the original purchase amount. ZAYTEL is not responsible for any discrepancies in the refund amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
- Due to longer shipping times and customs clearance, please allow extra time for international returns to be processed.
- We strongly advise contacting our support team before initiating an international return to confirm the process and address.
