1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you are entering into a binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. ZAYTEL offers the "Ultra Growth Hair Oil," a premium, natural hair care product. Our formula is based on ancient herbal traditions and contains a proprietary blend of 8 powerful, naturally sourced ingredients:

We are committed to sourcing the highest quality ingredients. As a product rooted in natural healing, slight variations in color, scent, or consistency may occur between batches. This does not affect the product's quality or efficacy. Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and consistency of use.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices on our Site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize ZAYTEL and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed.

Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within a 12-hour window after placing it. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately at Zaytelcare@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or product availability issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer shipping to our customers. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Pakistan): 5–8 business days.
• Expedited Shipping (Pakistan): 2–3 business days.
• International Shipping: Varies by destination. Please note that international customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and secure shipping address. ZAYTEL is not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our product and offer a 7-day return window, beginning from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will be pleased to arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Approved refunds for returns will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
